SIZING WAX
UNICOAT is a unique warp sizing wax in granular flake form. The product is formulated to lubricate warp yarns, soften stiff-sizing polymers, reduce dry can sticking and reduce size shedding at the lease section. The product is emulsified and therefore readily dispersible in hot water and easily removed.

Preparation
UNICOAT should be slowly added to the starting water with good agitation. The product should be mixed and cooked according to the normal starch cooking procedure.
Applications
UNICOAT is recommended for the lubrication of all staple yarns.
Dosage
UNICOAT should be dosed as follows: 2.0 – 3.0 % On weight of Sizing Agent.
Desizing
UNICOAT is removed readily under normal conditions without special considerations.
